Management Team

The Registered Manager, Judy Hampton has been at the home since January 2012 and has a background in Health & Social Care.
Deputy Manager Sue McDermott has been in her post since April 2010 and has many years of experience in care homes, the last ten at Radcliffe Manor House.

Our Head Cook Pat has worked in schools, care homes and has been in the industry for many years. She heads a team of kitchen assistants and an Assistant Cook, all come with a wealth of experience and are all trained in Food Hygiene and Health and Safety.

There are four Senior Care Assistants all of whom have achieved their NVQ level 3 and the Care Assistants are all supported in undertaking their NVQ level 2, although many go on to do their level 3. Training is a high priority at the Home and we have a continuous commitment toward training for all our staff.

Staff

The staff are supported by a very committed Housekeeping team who maintain the Home’s cleanliness and hygiene to a very high standard.

Last but not least, Ann Anfield is our Business Administration Manager who helps manage the accounts, wages and day to day running of the home assisting with Human Resources, resident contracts and accounts and liaison with the Local Authority finance department. Susan Dicks joined us during 2011 as a Business Administrator and also helps with the day to day running of the home.

The Management Committee are all regular visitors to the home and hold monthly meetings. Sue Moss is the Chair of the Committee and she and Judy regularly meet to discuss the running of the home.
